Folks, I’m in two minds on this one – whether to release asap or hold off for a few months and see if I can spark some publisher interest. In the meantime, while I’m juggling cover concepts and blurbs etc., an electronic version is available in Word format – for those of you who want something unusual to stuff your stockings with this Christmas.
